Letter of sponsorship and repatriation (notarized)

Birth certificate of the Panamanian child with a USD 3 fiscal stamp

Affidavit from the Panamanian parent confirming compliance with parental duties

Proof of address (lease agreement, property title, or utility bill)

Copy of permanent resident ID card or national ID (authenticated)
Permanent Residency (after 2 years)
May be requested with the same documents, except for the Police Clearance Certificate and the certified checks.
