- Copy of the identity card authenticated by the Electoral Tribunal of Panama.
- Naturzation certificate authenticated by a Panamanian notary public.
- Original certification issued by the National Immigration Service of Panama or full birth registration certificate issued by the Civil Registry of the Panamanian Electoral Tribunal.
- Fee: US$100.00.
