Panamanian citizens:
- Valid national identity card
- Bank reference letter. A personal or a business reference letter would also be acceptable
- Proof of income
Foreigners:
- Valid permanent resident card issued by the Panama Electoral Tribunal
- Bank reference letter
- Proof of income
Note: Documents written in a language other than Spanish must be translated by a Panamanian public translator.
